This transparent gel helps our Shiny Effects, Jewel Effects, Metallic Effects and Cosmetic Glimmer Effects to stick. Only a thin layer is needed to stick the glitters and pigments to the eyelid and you get a really opaque effect!
How To Use
Apply a thin layer of the 2-Way Gel to the desired location and then place the glitter over the gel with a brush or cotton swab. This is perfect for applying a glitter eyeliner, glitter effect on the eyelid or in the inner corner. Also suitable for use on the face.

Aqua, Sorbitol, PVP, Propylene Glycol, Glycerin, Carbomer, Triethanolamine, Diazolidinyl Urea, Methylparaben, Sodium Dehydroacetate, Panthenol, Disodium EDTA.
